Head inland to Istria's medieval treasures - Motovun, a walled hilltop town crowned by vineyards, and Grožnjan, an artists' enclave of stone streets, galleries, and sweeping views. Ston Oyster Farm & Island Lunch

Travel to Ston Bay, famed for its medieval walls and fresh Adriatic oysters. Experience Ston Bay's famous oysters and mussels with local host, learning the secrets of their cultivation and trying them fresh from the sea. Then enjoy a delicious seafood lunch cooked by your host at his private island. Enjoy mussels cooked in traditional buzara-style, with olive oil, homemade wine, and herbs.
