Day 1

Zagreb

Upon arrival to Zagreb Airport your chauffeur will be waiting for private transfer to Hotel Esplanade 5*, located in the heart of Zagreb city center. Settle in, relax after long flight and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2

Zagreb tour & štrukli cooking class

After breakfast meet up with your local guide for a private guided walking tour of Zagreb's historic center-including the Kaptol district with the Cathedral and the Upper Town with the Stone Gate, St. Mark's Church, the Parliament, the Ban's Palace, the Lotrščak Tower, and many other landmarks-you will learn about the rich history of Croatia's capital and discover the most fascinating sites of Medieval Zagreb. After the city tour, your guide will take you to a location near the famous Dolac farmers' market, where you will learn how to prepare the traditional Croatian specialty štrukli-a rolled pastry filled with cottage cheese and sour cream. While your štrukli bakes (40-50 minutes), you will explore Dolac Market itself and hear about local customs, traditional ingredients, and iconic dishes of Croatian cuisine. Once the market visit is complete, you will return to enjoy your freshly baked štrukli, served with a glass of Croatian wine. Return to hotel after the tour and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 3

Plitvice Lakes National park & Rovinj

Check out after breakfast and head with your chauffeur to the Croatian most famous National Park - Plitvice Lakes. A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979, Plitvice Lakes National Park is the most famous natural wonder in Croatia. The park is renowned for its chain of 16 terraced lakes, connected by a series of cascading waterfalls that flow through lush forests. The colors of the lakes shift from emerald green to deep blue, depending on the light, minerals, and organisms in the water, creating a breathtaking natural spectacle in every season. Accompanied by a local guide, explore the park on wooden footbridges and scenic walking trails that wind along the lakes and waterfalls, or by boat across the crystal-clear waters. After the tour continue to Rovinj. Often called the most romantic town on the Adriatic, Rovinj enchants visitors with its colorful waterfront, narrow cobblestone lanes, and breathtaking sunsets over the sea. The old town, set on a small peninsula, is a maze of medieval streets where every corner reveals hidden courtyards, art galleries, and cafés with sea views. Day 4

Istrian hilltop towns & truffle hunt

Meet your chauffeur and guide after breakfast and head to your full day Istrian adventure. First stop is Grožnjan, known as the Town of Artists. This medieval hilltop village has preserved its authentic character and today thrives with galleries, studios, and cultural life. Continue on to Motovun, a picturesque fortified town perched on a hilltop and encircled by strong medieval walls. Overlooking the Mirna River and the vast Motovun Forest, this area is the most important habitat of the prized Istrian truffle - considered one of the culinary gems of Croatia. In a nearby village, you will be welcomed by a local truffle hunter and his trained dogs for an exclusive 1.5-hour private truffle hunt, followed by a tasting of delicious truffle specialties. Return to Rovinj in the late afternoon hours and enjoy sunset stroll with your guide. Once a small fishing village, Rovinj is today one of the most picturesque towns on the Istrian coast. At the top stands the Church of St. Euphemia, whose bell tower dominates the skyline and offers sweeping views of the Adriatic. Founded as a Roman settlement and later ruled by Venice, Rovinj still carries traces of its layered past in its city gates, defensive walls, and lively harbor. The town is also known for its thriving art scene, charming piazzas, and fresh seafood cuisine. Return to hotel after the tour and enjoy evening at leisure.

Šibenik & Michelin star

Breakfast, check out and head with your chauffuer to the sunny shores of Dalmatia and UNESCO town of Šibenik. Upon arrival check in to Heritage Hotel Life Palace 4*. Settle in and meet your local guide for a walking tour of this amazing town. Explore the UNESCO-listed Cathedral of St. James and admire Renaissance and Baroque architecture. Your guide will share the city's rich history, local legends, and hidden gems. After the tour enjoy dinner (reservation will be made) at Michelin star awarded restaurant Pelegrini. Enjoy in incredible dishes, delicious Croatian wines and breathtaking view of St.James Cathedral.

Day 6

Krka Waterfalls & Bibich decadence

After breakfast, head to Krka Waterfalls National Park. Formed by centuries of travertine deposits, the Krka River is a true karst marvel, cutting a dramatic canyon along its 70-kilometer route from the foothills of the Dinara Mountains to its breathtaking estuary beneath the ancient walls of Šibenik. Stroll along the park's winding wooden walkways, explore the open-air ethnographic museum, and browse charming artisan shops located in the restored watermills at Skradinski Buk. After the tour of the park, take a scenic transfer to Plastovo and step into the world of Bibich Winery for an exclusive wine pairing gourmet lunch. Renowned across the world, Bibich crafts small-batch wines, with most of their exceptional vintages available only in select boutiques and top-tier restaurants. Guided by Alen Bibich and his wife Vesna, this tasting is a masterclass in flavor and presentation. Day 7

Split & Trogir

Meet your guide after breakfast for a pleasant walk through Split and its Diocletian's Palace, exploring the bustling markets and charming shops. The palace, the ancient heart of present-day Split, is one of the best-preserved examples of a Roman imperial residence and was originally Emperor Diocletian's summer home. Split developed as a city after the Roman capital of Dalmatia, Salona, was invaded. More than 3,000 people continue to live within these ancient walls. Split is a living ruin, offering not only historical treasures but also the vibrant Dalmatian way of life. Your guide will bring the city to life with fascinating stories and insights from its rich history and culture. Continue with your guide and chauffeur to Trogir, a beautiful coastal town and UNESCO World Heritage Site, located just 30 minutes north of Split. Unlike Roman Split, Trogir has Greek roots. Its crown jewel is the spectacular 13th-century Cathedral of St. Lawrence, whose elaborate portal, carved in 1280, hints at the wonders within. End the day with nice wine and food tasting at Sikuli winery located in the hills above the Kastela Bay and enjoy in spectacular view of Split and the islands.

Day 8

Hvar

After breakfast meet you chauffeur for a short drive to Split ferry port where you will embark ferry for Hvar Island. Upon arrival you will be meet by your local guide for a full day exploration of Croatian sunniest island. During your guided walking tour, you will encounter numerous hidden gems, including the 550-year-old Franciscan Monastery and the Benedictine Convent, where nuns continue the delicate tradition of lace-making from agave fibers - a craft recognized as one of Hvar's four UNESCO cultural heritages. Your visit culminates at the Spanish Fortress, offering sweeping panoramic views of the town and the glittering Pakleni Islands stretching across the harbor. The UNESCO legacy continues as you journey eastward to the Stari Grad Plain, an 80-hectare agricultural expanse founded by the Ancient Greeks in 384 BC. Enjoy traditional lunch in an abandoned village of Malo Grablje - once a bustling agricultural settlement, it was abandoned in the early 20th century when residents moved closer to the coast for better opportunities. Today, its stone houses and narrow streets stand frozen in time, offering a hauntingly beautiful glimpse into Hvar's rural past. Return to Hvar town, check in to Hotel Palace Elisabeth 5* and enjoy evening at your leisure.

Day 9

Poje cooking class

In the morning hours meet your chauffer and head to a special adventure - Poje cooking class. Poje is a unique culinary concept on Hvar Island, set in a family-owned field, part of the UNESCO-protected area known as Stari Grad Plain, Ager, or Hora. This ancient agricultural landscape has been cultivated continuously for over 24 centuries, dating back to the arrival of Greek settlers in 384 BC. Poje's rustic environment, enclosed by dry-stone walls and surrounded by artichoke bushes, almond and olive trees, a lavender field, and a vineyard, creates a beautiful setting for culinary experience - traditional dishes presented with a modern twist on traditional delicacies. The menu is based on family recipes, homemade drinks, and fresh ingredients from Poje's own garden. You will enjoy an intimate and personalized culinary experience, together with field tours, tastings, and storytelling about Hvar's rich heritage. Enjoy the day and delicious lunch prepared with the help of your hosts before return to Hvar town in the afternoon hours.

Day 10

Ston & Dubrovnik

Breakfast and check out. Board fast ferry for Split port where you will meet up with your chauffeur for private transfer to Dubrovni with en route stop in Ston bay. The villages of Ston and Mali Ston are renowned for their outstanding local specialties - oysters, mussels, olive oils, and wines - a true celebration of Dalmatian flavors. A short boat ride will take you to the oyster farms tucked into the sheltered bays. Enjoy oysters pulled straight from the sea, opened and savored on the spot. Your host's family has been dedicated to oyster farming for generations, carrying on traditions and skills passed down over the years. Afterward, unwind in the shade and indulge in a spread of fresh oysters, mussels, local olive oil and wine. After lunch continue to Dubrovnik and check in to Hotel Excelsior 5* - hotel with impeccable service and priviledged location, next to the Ploče gates of Old town. In the afternoon hours we recommend to visit City Walls or take a cable car and go to the top of Srd hill for a spectacular view of the town and islands. Enjoy evening at leisure.

Dubrovnik

In the morning hours meet your local guide for a private guided foodie tour of Dubrovnik Old town. A magnificent city with its incredible fortified Old Town, Dubrovnik is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Croatia's most popular destinations. Stroll along the main pedestrian thoroughfare - Stradun, where centuries of wear have smoothed the white stone, creating a beautiful promenade lined with cafés, shops, and historic landmarks at either end. Marvel at splendid churches, monasteries, and museums adorned with intricately carved stone facades, reflecting the city's eventful history and vibrant artistic tradition. Along the way, you'll taste traditional dishes and local wines at beloved family-run spots, while discovering the city's culture, stories, and everyday life. Return to your hotel on your own after the tour and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
